Context

Positive patient experience
| Most patients are positive about their experience of healthcare. However, for those who need more individual care, the experience is often not as good as it should be. |  |
Safety
Healthcare providers have yet to fully embrace a culture of safety. The NHS is making some headway in the fight against MRSA and C. difficile.
